यूपीएससी परीक्षा (UPSC Exam) के बारें में पूरी जानकारी

यूनियन पब्लिक सर्विस कमीशन का मतलब संघ लोक सेवा आयोग, भारत की सविंधान द्वारा स्थपित केंद्रीय संस्था है। जो भारत सरकार के लोकसेवा के पदाधिकारियों की नियुक्ति के लिए स्थापित संस्था है।

जो इसकी परीक्षाओ की संचालन करती है इसकी गठन आजादी से पहले 1 अक्तूबर 1926 को “लोक सेवा आयोग” नाम से हुआ था।  इसका पुनर्निर्माण 26 अक्तूबर 1950 को “संघ लोक सेवा आयोग” (UPSC) के नाम से हुआ।

यूपीएससी परीक्षा क्या है?

यूपीएससी का फुल फॉर्म संघ लोक सेवा आयोग है और इंग्लिश मे इसका फुल फॉर्म “ Union Public Service Commission” होता है। यूपीएससी एक सरकारी संस्था है जो सिविल परीक्षा IAS, IFS, NDA, IPS, CDS और SCRA जैसे लगभग 24 पदों के लिए परीक्षाओ का आयोजन करता है जैसे-

• सिविल सेवा परीक्षा (Civil Services Exam), CSE Exam
• नौसेना अकादमी परीक्षा (Navel Academy Exam), NAE Exam
• इंजीनियरिंग सेवा परीक्षा (Engineering Services Exam), ESE Exam
• भारतीय आर्थिक सेवा परीक्षा (Indian Economic Services Exam), IESE Exam
• सयुंक्त चिकित्सा सेवा परीक्षा (Combined Medical Services Exam), CMSE Exam
• सयुंक्त रक्षा सेवा परीक्षा (Combined Defence Services Exam), CDES Exam
• राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी सेवा (National Defence Academy Exam), NDAE Exam
• विशेष कक्षा रेलवे अपरेंटिस (Special Class Railway Apprentice),SCRA Exam
• भारतीय वन सेवा परीक्षा (Indian Forest Services Exam), IFSE Exam
• भारतीय सांख्यिकीय सेवा परीक्षा Indian Statistical Services Exam), ISSE Exam
• केंद्रीय सशस्त्र पुलिस बल (सहायक कमाडेंट) परीक्षा (Centeral Armed Police Force (Asst. Commandant) Exam), CAPF Exam
• संयुक्त भू-वैज्ञानिक और भूविज्ञान परीक्षा (Combined Geo-Scientist and Geologist Exam), CGGE Exam
• अनुभाग अधिकारी/आशुलिपिक (ग्रुप A/B)विभागीय प्रतियोगी परीक्षा (Section Officers/Stenographer (Group A/B) Department Competitive Exam), SOSDC Exam

योग्यता

• Minimum Education: Any Graduate
• IAS, IPS और IFS की परीक्षा के लिए भारतीय नागरिकता जरुरी होता है।
• अन्य सेवाओं के लिए प्रवासी नागरिक जिसके पास भारतीय नागरिकता हो और आवेदक नेपाल और भूटान के भी हो सकते हैं।
• जनरल केटेगरी condidate के लिए मिनिमम Age 21 और maximum 32 होना चाहिए।
• SC/ST condidate के लिए 5 साल की अतिरिक्त छुट मिलती है।
• और अन्य पिछड़ी जाति (OBC)के लिए अतिरिक्त 3 साल के छुट मिलती है।
• शारीरिक विकलांग candidagtes की Miximum Age Limit: PH-Gen: 42 साल , PH-OBC (non-Creamy): 45 साल ; PH-SC/ST: 47 साल.
• डिस्टेंस एजुकेशन भी मान्य हैं।

यूपीएससी परीक्षा पैटर्न

यूपीएससी परीक्षा 3 चरणों में होता है जो इस प्रकार है।

1. प्रीलिम्स 

Prelims एग्जाम के दो पेपर होते है GS एंड CSAT (General Studies एंड Civil Service Aptitute Test) आगे की एग्जाम के लिए प्रेलिम्स एग्जाम पास करना अनिवार्य होता है।

     2. लिखित 

यूपीएससी मैन परीक्षा के Total 9 Paper होता है जो इस प्रकार है।

यूपीएससी मैन परीक्षा 1750 अंक का परीक्षा होता है।

      3. साक्षात्कार

• Mental alertness
• Balance of judgment
• Clear and logical exposition
• Variety and depth of interest
• Critical powers of assimilation
• The ability for social cohesion and leadership
• Intellectual and moral integrity etc. 

Personality test interview कुल 275 अंक का होता है।

यूपीएससी प्रारंभिक और मुख्य पाठ्यक्रम

जीएस पेपर के लिए पाठ्यक्रम (प्रारंभिक पेपर I)

• Current events of national and international importance.
• General issues on Environmental Ecology, Biodiversity, and Climate Change – that do not require subject specialization.
• History of India and Indian National Movement.
• Economic and Social Development – Sustainable Development, Poverty, Inclusion, Demographics, Social Sector initiatives, etc.
• Indian and World Geography-Physical, Social, Economic Geography of India and the World.
• Indian Polity and Governance – Constitution, Political System, Panchayati Raj, Public Policy, Rights Issues, etc.

CSAT पेपर के लिए पाठ्यक्रम (प्रारंभिक पेपर- II)

• Comprehension
• General mental ability
• Decision-making and problem solving
• Logical reasoning and analytical ability
• Interpersonal skills including communication skills
• Basic numeracy (numbers and their relations, orders of magnitude, etc.) (Class X level), Data interpretation (charts, graphs, tables, data sufficiency, etc. – Class X level)

यूपीएससी के लिए पाठ्यक्रम (मुख्य पेपर)

1. पेपर 1) Essay (Candidate अपने चॉइस के भाषा में लिख सकते है )
2. पेपर 2 ) General Studies – I (Indian Heritage & Culture, History & Geography of the World & Society)
3. पेपर 3) General Studies – II (Governance, Constitution, Polity, Social Justice & International Relations)
4. पेपर 4)  General Studies – III (Technology, Economic Development, Biodiversity, Security & Disaster Management)
5. पेपर 5)  General Studies – IV (Ethics, Integrity & Aptitude)
6. पेपर 6) Optional Subject – Paper I
7. पेपर 7) Optional Subject – Paper II

Optional Subject में Candidates को 48 अलग subject दिया जाता है जो अपने मन के मुताबिक बाकि के दो papers के लिए select कर सकते है |
